1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PikMi.xyz (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site. PikMi.xyz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use PikMi.xyz only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. PikMi.xyz reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards at its sole discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design elements, logos, and materials on PikMi.xyz are the property of PikMi.xyz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written permission from PikMi.xyz.

4. Limitation of liability

PikMi.xyz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PikMi.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

5. SMS text message program

Program description. PikMi, operated by Sourcery DAO, offers a free curbside donation pickup service in the 78750 zip code of NW Austin, TX. When you schedule a pickup, we send transactional SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide so you can coordinate your donation — for example, pickup confirmations, runner assignment and arrival updates, and donation receipt notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in to receive text messages by checking the consent box and submitting the pickup request form on pikmi.xyz/donate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will typically receive messages only while a pickup you scheduled is in progress.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. PikMi does not charge a fee for text messages.

Opt out — reply STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from PikMi unless you opt in again.

Help — reply HELP. If you experience any issues, reply HELP to any message or email us at info@pikmi.xyz.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and any information you share with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your pickup address is encrypted and permanently deleted within 60 seconds of your pickup being finalized. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
